Kentucky Trailer Aftermarket Parts Shipping Policy

 

UPS Next Day or 2day orders ship the same day if order is placed prior to 1:00 PM Eastern Time

UPS Ground orders ship within 3 to 5 days of order placement.

LTL orders ship within 5 to 7 days of order placement.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the next normal business day.

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

 

All returns must be handled by a KTS customer service representative.  You can reach a KTS customer service representative by emailing KTSparts@kytrailer.com or by calling (800) 463-6126.  

 

***Kentucky Trailer Services is not responsible for damage due to shipping, imperfections in paint, and manufacturer defects. Please file a claim with the carrier if your package arrives damaged. To file a claim with the carrier it is our understanding that the person receiving the shipment must be present at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and filling all claims.

 

We do our best to protect your order when we ship it out.

 

Parts considered non-returnable include, but not limited to the following:

 

·         Electrical parts & electronic components

 

·         Replaced, or obsolete part numbers as identified by the manufacturer

 

·         Parts cut to length (such as aluminum extrusion, hose, tubing and door seal)

 

·         Parts that are made to order (special parts)

 

·         Any parts that have been installed and then removed with the intent to return.

 

·         Orders older than 30 days

 

All parts covered by a manufactures’ warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

 

If we have shipped the incorrect product, we will be responsible for returning the incorrect product and reshipping the correct product at no additional cost to you. We appreciate your business. Thank You for your loyal support. 

 

The return process

In order to return any Product, In order to return any product, you must email ktsparts@kytrailer.com or call (800) 463-6126 in order to receive an RGA number. The RGA number must be included/listed on the return packaging and a copy of the KTS email with the RGA number must be included inside the return package. It is your responsibility to ship the product back to Kentucky Trailer at your expense, we recommend that you insure and track the return package in order to provide proof of delivery. A 20% restock fee will be applied to all returns.

 

Missing or Damaged Parts

If you receive your order with any damaged or missing parts. You have up to 5 days from the time order is received to report the problem to Kentucky Trailer Services. By calling (800) 463-6126 or emailing ktsparts@kytrailer.com. We will determine if the discrepancy is Kentucky or the shipper’s responsibility and proceed accordingly. 

 

Prompt Refund

Kentucky Trailer will issue a credit to your account minus applicable restocking fees of 20% within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Kentucky Trailer will notify you of the refund via email, so please be sure to provide us with a valid email address.
